Minimax in Workstations

Transformative teacher development activities INSPIRE teachers. Based on Richardson and Díaz Maggioli’s (2018) effective professional development framework, this webinar showcases how impactful, needs-based, sustained over time, peer-collaborative, in-practice, reflective and evaluated activities can foster professional growth. Drawing on my own experience in teaching and teacher training, I will illustrate each of these seven characteristics to encourage teachers to engage in teacher development initiatives that enhance their professional practice and their students’ learning.
