Esin Çağlayan is an assistant professor at Izmir University of Economics and Director of the Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC). With over two decades of experience, she specializes in instructional design and language testing and assessment and has contributed extensively to the academic community through her research, publications, and training sessions.

Miranda Hamilton is a Teacher Trainer and Instructional Designer with 17 years of experience in ELT. She has taught learners of all ages and levels, and trained and supported teachers across Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the MENA region. Since the pandemic, she has mainly worked online and values the opportunities that digital learning have brought to ELT. She holds CELTA, CELTYL, and DELTA qualifications, as well as a Diploma in Digital Learning Design.

Megan Walker is a CELTA and Delta qualified English teacher and teacher trainer based in Italy, with over 14 years’ experience. She teaches students of all ages and levels and has a wide range of experience with exam preparation and Business English. She has delivered teacher training focusing on CLIL, AI, inclusion, differentiation, and communicative teaching methods.
