Macmillan Education India in partnership with the Directorate of Education (DOE), Delhi implemented the Spoken English Program for students of the government schools. This programme addresses the need to develop English-speaking proficiency and communicative competence for upward social mobility. They reached out to 6,000 plus secondary students and transacted a 120-hour spoken English course, spread over 35 days.

Their employees volunteering is a part of our global 180 years of giving back campaign, which endorses our firm belief that every student, regardless of their background, should have access to high-quality education and opportunities for personal growth.  Macmillan Education India employees, including the Managing Director, Mr. Rajesh Pasari taught students in schools. Students enjoyed the lively conversations, interactive games, and engaging exercises designed to enhance spoken English proficiency.

Mr Pasari visited one of the schools to interact with the students, and also met the Director of Delhi’s Directorate of Education (DOE). He expressed enthusiasm and said, "By collaborating with DOE, we aim to empower students with the tools they need to communicate effectively and confidently. Through this initiative, we hope to make a positive impact on their lives and open doors to brighter futures."
